The Spartanburg Academic Movement (SAM), is looking for a Community Engagement AmeriCorps VISTA member who is passionate about community engagement and outreach, education, youth development, and who is awakened to the crucial importance of academic achievement for every child, preschool to post-secondary, cradle to career. The VISTA will receive a living allowance, relocation allowance, end of service AmeriCorps Eli Segal Education Award OR an end-of-service cash stipend health allowance, and many other benefits.
