Dr. Tiffany DiMatteo serves as an educational leader focused on building capacity in educators and strengthening K–12 systems to drive meaningful, lasting improvement. With more than 20 years of experience across classroom teaching, district leadership, and coaching, she brings a practical, equity-centered approach to supporting schools and districts in improving outcomes for all students.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has held a variety of roles, including classroom teacher, department chair, program director, district literacy specialist, and professional development coach for a national organization. Across these experiences, she has specialized in designing and facilitating professional learning that balances instructional rigor with practical application, always centering the needs of diverse learners.
Tiffany earned her Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Carolina and is a National Board Certified Teacher in English Language Arts. Her work has been published through the Yale National Initiative and the Charlotte Teachers Institute, and she has been recognized as a Yale National Initiative Fellow and as a recipient of Drexel University’s Behind Every Graduate Award.
Tiffany lives in Simpsonville with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting while listening to audiobooks and supporting local theatre arts.
