Parker Andreoli is a dedicated leader in education and systems-level change, with expertise in data, strategy, and partnership development. As Chief Impact Officer at Spartanburg Academic Movement, she leads efforts to align data, strategy, and cross-sector collaboration in support of Movement 2030, a countywide initiative to improve outcomes for students and families across Spartanburg.

Prior to joining SAM, Parker held leadership roles across K–12, nonprofit, and higher education, including Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, Chicago Public Schools, and Clemson University. She has worked closely with school and community leaders to expand access to opportunity and strengthen student success.

Throughout her career, Parker has focused on building shared measurement systems, translating data into actionable strategies, and supporting partners in continuous improvement. Her work emphasizes collaboration, evidence-based decision-making, and the integration of community voice to drive meaningful, sustained change. Her scholarship has been published in journals such as the Journal of Educational Change and the Journal of Educational Administration.

She holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an M.A.T. in Secondary English Education from UNC Charlotte, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Clemson University, and lives in Spartanburg with her husband and three children.
