Keisha Gray
Chief Strategy Officer
Keisha Gray currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at the Spartanburg Academic Movement (SAM). She joined SAM after serving as the Director of Human Resources with Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Keisha also spent time in Sarasota, FL where she served as the Director of Human Resources with the Herald-Tribune Media Group. While in Spartanburg, she served as the Program Director for Early Childhood Development investments at the Mary Black Foundation. Keisha is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Biology with a minor in Psychology. She also received her Master’s degree from Webster University in Human Resource Development.

Keisha counts her greatest achievement as the day she found true love in her high school sweetheart, Darryl G. Gray, Jr., and together they have parented five children: Justus, Darryl, Derrick, Deanna and Dara.
