Katrina Means
Site Coordinator, Full-Service Community Schools
Katrina Means is a Spartanburg County native where she has been an active participant in serving and supporting the Spartanburg community. Katrina has experience in a variety of human services roles, which has expanded her perspective and fueled her desire to give back to her community.
Katrina is passionate about assisting others and having a good impact in the community while concentrating on enhancing the general health and wellbeing of all demographics. Katrina graduated from South University where she received her master's in healthcare administration. She is also a graduate of Converse College, now Converse University, where she earned her bachelor's in psychology. Katrina became certified as a Community Health Worker in 2021 and a Certified Tobacco Specialist in 2023.
She is an active committee member of Live Healthy Spartanburg Community Engagement & Capacity Building Committee as well as the Live Healthy Spartanburg Access to Care Committee. Outside of work, Katrina enjoys traveling with her son, and engaging with family and friends.
