Isaiah Mananga serves as the Promise Site Coordinator under the Promise Neighborhoods grant at E.P. Todd School, where he works to expand opportunities and resources for students and families across Spartanburg.

In this role, he develops and coordinates programming while fostering connections among community organizations, local leaders, and youth, creating spaces where collaboration drives meaningful impact.

A proud Congolese-American, Isaiah is deeply committed to bridging cultures and communities, ensuring that children and families across the county feel seen, supported, and equipped to thrive.

His leadership emphasizes partnership, bringing together nonprofits, businesses, and grassroots leaders to align around a shared vision for youth success. Isaiah brings professional experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in affordable housing, and has further honed his skills in program and project coordination through Wofford College’s Community Sustainability program.
Isaiah earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Wofford before entering the field of community and youth development, and continues to explore new ways of blending personal passion with professional leadership.
