Bailey Babb graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in English, and minor in Education Studies, from Winthrop University in 2021. She obtained real world experience working with adolescents in the classroom, but it was through her role as a Resident Assistant that she discovered a broader world of educational leadership. Her time at Winthrop culminated in a desire to help students of all ages grow academically and personally.

As the OST Coordinator, Bailey works closely with the Out-of-School Time Collaborative, Youth Philanthropy Board, and other partnership efforts.
